This website is operated by Calvin Jude Ataide trading as CJAX Labs. References to "CJAX Labs", "we" or "us" mean that operator.

These are the terms for using this public website and its forms, not a substitute for a project agreement. They are intended to set fair, practical expectations before either side decides to work together.

Website use

The website provides general information about CJAX Labs, its approach and its services. You may use it for lawful personal or business evaluation. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious material, scrape it unreasonably or use its content in a misleading or unlawful way.

The website and its business forms are intended for adults. If you are under 18, please do not submit a form; a parent or legal guardian may contact CJAX Labs on your behalf.

Project enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve availability, confirm a price or require either party to proceed. Project work begins only after scope and commercial terms are agreed in a separate written agreement signed by the relevant parties.

Service descriptions, indicative prices and availability shown on the website may be updated, except that the published First Wave 2026 eligibility schedule below controls the launch/list price transition until its stated deadline. That schedule does not itself create an engagement. A binding scope, fee, timetable, ownership position or support commitment exists only when it is confirmed in that separate agreement.

First Wave 2026

First Wave 2026 is a dated launch offer, not an application or a reservation. The published launch price applies only when the separate project agreement is signed and the first 50% project-milestone invoice is paid by 31 December 2026. Sending an enquiry alone does not secure a price or delivery window.

CJAX Labs runs no more than two active builds at once. If demand exceeds that capacity, the written scope records a later build window. From 1 Jan 2027, standard list prices apply. The signed project agreement remains the binding record of the scope, fee, timetable, ownership and support terms.

Information and materials you send

Please provide information that is accurate and that you have the right to share. You keep ownership of material you submit and give CJAX Labs only the limited permission needed to review it, reply to you and operate the project discussion you requested.

Public website forms are not the right place for passwords, payment card details, government identity documents, source code, trade secrets or confidential information belonging to someone else. CJAX Labs handles form data under the Privacy Policy, but submitting a form does not by itself create a non-disclosure agreement. If sensitive material is genuinely needed, a suitable channel or written agreement can be arranged first.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website’s design, code, written content, logos, brand assets and original materials belong to CJAX Labs or are used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or present them as your own without written permission.

CJAX™ and CJAX Labs™ are trademarks of Calvin Jude Ataide. Use of these marks, or of any mark confusingly similar to them, without written permission is not permitted.

Third-party links and services

The website may link to third-party websites or rely on third-party infrastructure. CJAX Labs does not control their availability, content, security or privacy practices. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, shared, retained and protected, including the service providers used by this website. Using the website does not by itself give CJAX Labs permission to use personal data for an unrelated purpose.

No guaranteed outcomes

Examples, descriptions and future case studies are informational. Business, marketing, search, conversion, booking, revenue and automation outcomes depend on many factors outside CJAX Labs’ control. No result is guaranteed through this website.

Published performance measurements and shipping floors refer to the stated test tool, page, configuration and time of measurement. Results can vary with device, network, location, browser and third-party services. They show the standard CJAX Labs works to; they are not an unconditional promise that every page or future client system will receive the same score in every test.

Website articles and explanations are general information, not legal, financial or other regulated professional advice. Any binding project warranty or outcome must be written into the relevant project agreement.

Availability and liability

CJAX Labs aims to keep the website accurate and available but does not promise uninterrupted access or that every item will remain current. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CJAX Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of or inability to use this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in Goa, India will have jurisdiction over disputes relating solely to these terms, subject to any mandatory law that applies otherwise.

Resolving concerns

If something about the website or these terms concerns you, email calvin@cjaxlabs.com. CJAX Labs will try to resolve the issue directly and in good faith before formal action becomes necessary. This does not remove any consumer or statutory right that applicable law gives you.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the website or business changes. The effective date above identifies the current version, and updates apply to future use of the website rather than rewriting an existing signed project agreement.
